Dear Winno! You may recall your reminder to me recently about the power of the “how’s things” call. Well I went away and immediately started calling clients and, on the very first call, (one of my A class clients) was so pleased I called I felt bad for neglecting him for as long as I had. Anyway, by the end of the call I’d picked up a new deal from him, a secondary deal and a high value referral. I reckon that one call alone will stuff about $8,000 in my back pocket. Thanks for reminding me just how much our clients love us remembering them.
